Have you ever felt this way?
Your mind spins, your insides sway?
Your stomach churns and you go slightly blind
Feels like you're losing your mind
You can't write, you can't sing
Your head burns and your eyes sting
Have you ever felt so lost
You go mad, give chairs a toss?
Have you ever not been able to cry
You fall to your knees, screaming to the sky;
Why?

I haven't been able to write any poems or songs at all lately, and it's amazing I actually could write this.
I just had to somehow get it out, so I forced myself to write a poem, whether it's crap or not.
